Rick Wamer, international mime artist and monologue actor, will bring his one-man performance to the Blue Sage Center for the Arts in Paonia for one performance, July 9, at 7:30 p.m.  His show, Geometries: Performing Art Experiments by a Not-so-Mathematical Genius follows the inner workings of the mind of a wind and wacky scientist who is obsessed with geometric forms and the stress of living up to such mathematical perfection.

Trained by Marcel Marceau, among others, Rick Wamr is a 30-year vetran of the stage and the artistic director of the School for Mime Theatre at Kenyon College in Ohio.  A favorite of audiences everywhere he has played, Wamer’s Geometries promises to be en engaging and delightful evening of non-traditional theater.  For more information, go to www.tmttheatre.org.
