Paonia’s Blue Sage Center for the Arts is sponsoring The Young Americans Chamber Music Program on Friday, April 15th.  Violinist Candace Guirao and pianist Susan Ellinger will perform the following American masterworks:  Aaron Copeland’s Rodeo, Philip Glass’s Sonata, and Charles Ives’ celebrated Children’s Day At the Camp Meeting Sonata.  They will perform Brahms’ famous Sonata in D Minor, also.  Enjoy the music, spend the night at Paonia’s historic Bross Hotel Bed and Breakfast, and savor all that spring in our fertile valley has to offer.  Remember, this is when the orchards are in bloom so you’ll want to stay for two nights.  Call the Bross Hotel for your reservation now — 970-527-6776.
